Candidates are required to attach the following documents with the admission form duly attested by a Gazetted Officer / Principal of institution last attended.

• Photocopy of High school Marksheet & Certificate for date of birth verification.
• Photocopy of Intermediate Marksheet & Certificate.
• Photocopy of Character Certificate.
• Two passport size colored photographs (one affixed with the application form duly verified and attested by the principal of the school/ college last attended by the candidate and the other separately) be submitted with the application.
• Two self addressed (10”x4.5” size) envelops with Rs. 25/- postal stamps affixed on each.
• Self addressed post card with Rs.4/- postal stamp affixed for acknowledgement.
