Diploma in nursing care assistant is a two year diploma course in which one gets to learn about nursing assistant – aid skills and knowledge. During the course work, students also learn about topics such as fundamentals of nursing, community diseases, medical surgical operations, etc. Nursing care assistants are also known as nurse-aides.
